Event Planning and Decoration Services:

My team and I provide event planning, design, and management. While we have wonderful decorations, we will also collaborate with other vendors to fulfill your vision.

We love to work on corporate events (product launches, fundraising, client entertaining, and employee events), and other special events [especially baby showers, birthday parties (Quinceañeras, Sweet 16, milestone birthday celebrations), and weddings].

Service Fees:

Upscale Event Planning - Social and Corporate Events

• Social Events

  Full planning service to elevate your event. This is ideal for baby showers, birthday parties (especially Quinceañeras, Sweet 16, and milestone birthday celebrations), proposals, bridal showers, engagement parties, anniversaries, and divorce parties.

  We will design, plan, and manage your event so you can enjoy it with your guests. Includes creative design session, project management & budget management, guest RSVP management, and event management. Flat fee of 20 percent of the event budget (Minimum $500).

• Corporate Events

  Full planning service with attention to brand awareness for your next corporate event (brand launch, annual meeting, employee appreciation, fundraiser, etc.). We will design, plan, and manage your event for your firm. Includes creative design session, project management & budget management, logistics management, event registration & RSVP management, sponsor & vendor management, and event management. Flat fee of 20 percent of the event budget.

• Day-of-Coordinator Event Service

  Includes initial consultation and event coordination up to 10 hours on your event date. This allows you to prepare all the logistics and vendor management for your wedding. $1,800.

• Month-of-Event Planning

  Includes initial consultation, event venue walkthrough, vendor contract review, finalized timeline, one-hour rehearsal, and event management up to 10 hours on your event date. $2,200.

• Full-Service Event Planning.

  Includes initial consultation, event design, vendor selection, attendee communication and management, event venue walkthrough, vendor contract review, finalized timeline, attendee favors, and event management up to 10 hours on your event date. $5,000.
